East 2 West Sports was formed in response to the need of today's professional athlete in the areas of sophisticated contract negotiation, unique investment and financial management coordination, and shrewd off-field management. East 2 West Sports offers a wide range of management services to the professional athlete while maintaining two simple yet fundamental principles: 

Having competent representation requires knowledge of the athlete, a fair assessment of his athletic ability and a keen understanding of his place in the sports market. Our service pledge to the professional athletes is to anticipate and satisfy the multiple needs of the athlete now and in the all-important years to come.

The most important component of representation is through preparation. Our staff not only has a complete understanding of the collective bargaining agreement in baseball, we also evaluate the current trends and maintain the ability to obtain information at a moment's notice to assist any aspect of our client's needs.

The second principle upon which East 2 West Sports was founded is the premise that the modern-day athlete has numerous opportunities off the field, and career planning is therefore critical. "Standard" endorsement contracts are a thing of the past. Our objective is to develop a player profile, consistent with that player's skills and abilities, and create a strategy to put the athlete in the best position to obtain endorsement epornitic. East 2 West Sports, we believe we can find a place in the market for each particular client. It is our position that opportunities are created and prosperous. If we wait for opportunity to knock, then we have failed.

Financial stability and career opportunities following retirement from athletics are essential components in providing full service to the athlete. East 2 West Sports will advise and assist the athlete in choosing highly skilled financial professionals.

Player Association Coordination and Fee Structures

The East 2 West Sports staff follows the respective players' associations in the major professional sport and attend the annual conferences for contract advisors. Our fee structure is fair and consistent with guidelines of the various players' associations. ( There are no hidden costs or fees.) Other professional services which we coordinate for you are done so only with your approval  and are discussed in advance.
